On a particularly frazzled day, I ran out of time to bring lunch so I had to buy lunch. This place was right next door to work so I popped in to buy a roast beef sandwich.
As I prepared to pay, I started panicking - I couldn't find my wallet and realized I left it at home. I told the counter what happened and headed out, but he kept insisting I take the sandwich and pay him tomorrow. He truly was a kind soul and I really appreciated his trust in me. I ran back the next morning to pay him back with extra tip.
the roast beef sandwich itself was melt in your mouth delicious. There was a generous amount of roast beef and the lettuce/tomatoes tasted so fresh. Highly recommend this place! -

We dropped in for coffee and bagels to go when visiting a friend. Friendly service, cheap, and apparently you can buy meat there, too.

This place is great. Better sandwiches than the places on Arthur Ave, and Bob is super helpful.
The bread for the roast pork sandwich was perfectly crispy, and the pork itself was melt-in-your-mouth good. Highly recommended. Can't wait to try more sandwiches with their other homemade meats! -

Finally stopped in here the staff was very helpful in helping me decided what meats to get for a platter for some friends. I got tree different selections and they were perfect. What i love is that you can create anything you want here they have sandwiches, pasta and breads and you can customized it to your liking.
Also I saw cookies/ coffee available etc.. I cant believe i'm not a regular here being that i live in the area. That will change as i don't think i can buy from supermarkets anymore knowing this place exist everything was so good and fresh. The meats i ordered were Pepperoni , Genoa, i think the other one was Soppressata i have provided a picture below so make sure you check them out if you're in the area. -

I came to this area for a client of mine and I found this meat shop. This is by far one of THE BEST meat shops I've ever been to in Manhattan!
I only wanted something small, but little did I know that from the moment I walked through the doors, I wasn't paying for just the food but I ended up paying for an experience! Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. This butchery has been open for 45 years, so locals know this shop. If you are in the area, and looking for a quality meat sandwich, I definitely recommend coming here.
They trim, pack, marinate, and dry age their own meat making the quality of the food that much better. Not only is the meat and sandwiches delicious, but they are extremely generous with their meats. I know it's far but it is SO WORTH IT to come here.
